  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refund processing time: 5 to 7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

    • An incorrect item shipped by Jio Technologies
  • For approved returns due to product fault, we will arrange collection or cover shipping charges.
